On March 31st the Open Call for Mittelyoung closed, an opportunity for artists and companies/ensembles under 30 from the Central European and Balkan area.
9 projects have been selected, by a group of curatores under 30, to be hosted during Mittelyoung (24 to 27 June). 3 of them will be selected again for Mittelfest 2021, from 27th August until 5th September.
What does Mitteleurope mean nowadays? How can we imagine it in our present and in the next future? MittelYoung calls heirs and herisesses of Mitteleurope and Balkans, a new generation for new visions of this century.

Mittelyoung curatores is a group of people under 30, made thanks to the collaboration of Associazione culturale Arearea, Civica Accademia d’Arte Drammatica Nico Pepe, Conservatorio Statale di Musica Giuseppe Tartini di Trieste, Conservatorio Statale di Musica Jacopo Tomadini di Udine, Fondazione Luigi Bon and also Associazione giovanile Robida, Convitto Nazionale Paolo Diacono, Teatro Club Udine – Palio Teatrale Studentesco, Scuola di Danza Erica Bront.
