Dance merges with the mystery of sacred choral music. As Meredith Monk said: “The voice starts dancing, the body starts singing”. In a dense layer of ash and dust, the dancers aspire to be “messengers of light in this dark age”. The softness the voices contrasts with the materiality of the bodies. A reflection on chaos and the desire to redesign our time, a sound vision that gives shape to the unspeakable. Dancers, choristers and audience are next to each other: they become part of the same work.
