Jeton and Blerta Neziraj’s theatre returns to Mittelfest, bringing with them their irony and compassion, and their subtle way of portraying the great conflicts that drive this world. Under the shade of a tree I sat and wept, set between Kosovo and South Africa, focuses on one of the great taboos of our present age of war: how is it possible to forgive and forgive oneself after having endured the most terrible oppression and horror?
