For the first time in Italy, Divanhana present their version of Sevdalinka, the ancient genre of folk music from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The word comes from the Arabic term for black bile and indicates the melancholy caused by unrequited love. Between original compositions and traditional songs, Divanhana immerse the audience in sounds they never really knew they needed. Five young musicians and the charismatic singer Selma Droce take the audience on a journey into the soul and passion of Balkan music. It is impossible not to dance.
Italian premiere
In case of bad weather, the show will be held in Teatro Ristori
