Da Tieste, la più spietata tragedia di Seneca, prende spunto la coreografia della Cie. Zerogrammi, che attraverso i corpi discute la sete di potere, l’istinto di prevaricazione, l’assoluta licenza della morale. “Siedono composti alla tavola imbandita su cui, secondo il racconto del tragediografo latino, si consumerà la più efferata delle vendette. Questo pasto a due è un trattato sulla forza, sul cedere e opporre, sul consumare o conservare, soccombere, rinunciare, assoggettare”.

Thyestes, the most pitiless of Seneca’s tragedies, provides the inspiration for the choreography of the Cie. Zerogrammi, which explores the thirst for power, the instinct for prevarication, the absolute licence of morals through dance. “They sit tidily at the packed table around which the Latin tragedian arranges the most heinous of vendettas. This pasto a due (Meal for two) constitutes a treatise on strength, on yielding and opposing, consuming or preserving, succumbing, surrendering and subjugating”.
